Context

The HGG Strategic Plan 2024-2028 was developed in a context of renewal of the General Management and the Steering Committee, with a highly participatory approach that involved more than 260 professionals in more than 50 working sessions. This process allowed to gather diverse perspectives, including patients, professionals, the community and experts, generating a practical roadmap aligned with future challenges. The plan, designed to integrate and align all levels of the organization, has promoted cohesion, transparency and a shared transversal vision, consolidating itself as a key tool to ensure the fulfillment of institutional objectives and transform the way of working towards a more collaborative and effective model.
