The Agile transformation process is a road that never ends and that we at Vueling tech continue to work on every day. Smartway has helped us take a new step by using SAFE to manage some complex strategic initiatives that required high coordination between our product teams. Context
Vueling Tech was in the process of Agile transformation (cultural and work methodologies). A new complex strategic project required the evolution of Agile Vueling to meet the needs of this challenge:
Coordination of multiple product teams.
Establishment of common objectives with realistic planning.
