SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an agile framework used to scale and coordinate software development in large organizations. SAFe is based on agile principles and is divided into three levels: the team level, the program level and the portfolio level. SAFe also includes a series of roles, ceremonies and artifacts that are used to facilitate collaboration and coordination across the organization.
During this course, attendees learn how to master Business Agility to thrive in the competitive marketplace. We work on how to establish technical and team agility, and organize or reorganize around the value stream. They also learn and practice the skills to support and execute IP planning events and coordinate multiple agile trains (ART). Course participants explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and a design thinking approach to agile product delivery.
