SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an agile framework used to scale and coordinate software development in large organizations. SAFe is based on agile principles and is divided into three levels: the team level, the program level and the portfolio level. SAFe also includes a series of roles, ceremonies and artifacts that are used to facilitate collaboration and coordination across the organization.
In this course, attendees build the skills necessary to become a high-performing Agile Release Train (ART) team member and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams, becoming a SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP). During this two-day course, you will gain a broad understanding of ART, how to deliver value and what you can do to effectively exercise your role using Scrum, Kanban and XP.
