SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an agile framework used to scale and coordinate software development in large organizations. SAFe is based on agile principles and is divided into three levels: the team level, the program level and the portfolio level. SAFe also includes a series of roles, ceremonies and artifacts that are used to facilitate collaboration and coordination across the organization.
In this course, attendees will learn how Product Owners and Product Managers must work together to achieve the best possible results for the customer and the business. The SAFe POPM course will teach you how to take a customer-centric approach to product creation, using the Scaled Agile Framework® to deliver more value, faster.
