SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an agile framework used to scale and coordinate software development in large organizations. SAFe is based on agile principles and is divided into three levels: the team level, the program level and the portfolio level. SAFe also includes a series of roles, ceremonies and artifacts that are used to facilitate collaboration and coordination across the organization.
In this course, attendees will gain an understanding of the Scrum Master’s role in a SAFe® enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of Scrum at the team level, the SAFe® Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the overall context of the enterprise and prepares attendees to successfully plan and execute Program Increment (PI). This includes learning the key components of Agile at the development level, how Scrum is facilitated across the enterprise, and how to execute iteration planning.
