Scrum is an Agile framework that helps teams structure and manage work through a set of values, principles and practices. It improves value delivery by helping the team to organize itself and work towards a common goal.
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate, facilitate and manage Scrum activities from different roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner or Team) applying the Scrum framework within the Lean-Agile philosophy.
