What does the training consist of?
During this 3-day course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) 6.0 and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, agile development, product development flow and DevOps.
Participants learn how to master Business Agility to thrive in the competitive marketplace. We work on how to establish technical and team agility, and organize or reorganize around the value stream. They also learn and practice the skills to support and execute IP planning events and coordinate multiple agile trains (ART). Course participants explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and a design thinking approach to agile product delivery.

SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification
The SAFe® Agilist certification is aimed at Directors, Managers, Team Leaders and, in general, any professional who must lead the Agile Transformation of a large organization. SAFe® Agilists must demonstrate that they possess the knowledge necessary to apply Scaled Agile Framework, Lean and product development principles in the context of a large organization, as well as the ability to lead a SAFe® adoption.
Attending the course prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).

Does it include the certification exam?
All participants who complete the Leading SAFe course have access to the platform where they can take a preparation exam with questions similar to the official exam. Once you have taken the trial exam, you will be able to take the official exam to obtain the Scaled Agilist (SA) certification from the same platform.
How is the test performed?
The exam is online at the time that each student prefers by accessing from the platform. It consists of 45 questions and lasts 90 minutes.
Is it a software course?
No, not at all. This course is aimed at any position in an organization that wants to help develop the skills to respond to market changes efficiently.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the course, working material for the attendee, access to take the SAFe® 6 Agilist exam. Plus a 1-year membership to the SAFe Community Platform.
