Presentation
Did you learn how to make presentations in the education system? I didn’t either. That’s why I had to learn and train this skill in public speaking clubs and their competitions, on TEDx stages and in company halls. Different contexts, same pattern: when the way of presenting changes, the audience’s decisions change… and with them the results.
Express: 4 hours (2h + 2h)
From 0 to Intermediate: 6 hours (3h + 3h)
From 0 to Expert: 12 hours (6h + 6h)
Who is this course for?
Any professional who needs to make professional presentations, in person or remotely, with or without visual support (PowerPoint). Slide design accounts for less than half of the workshop.
Student Learning
After the workshop, students will know how to make presentations that serve the purpose of the presentation, adapted to the audience they are addressing, and with slides designed according to the new paradigm, so far removed from the old paradigm that unfortunately is still the norm today.
Students will know, thanks to the detailed personalized feedback they will receive from multiple perspectives, which aspects of their own way of presenting are strengths, and which ones need improvement, and will learn ways to improve it after the workshop with deliberate practice.
